This family Halloween event in Tucson celebrates the season with a scientific flair! Participate in slimy activities, learn about the Tarantula nebula, and enjoy chemistry curiosities. The planetarium will be open, too, for special, laser light shows. Visit University of Arizona science club tables for special interactives and trick-or-treating while you're here!
The mad scientists at Flandrau have concocted some terrifically spooky science fun for people of all ages!

12:30PM - Fright Light!
Fright Light returns with all your favorite Halloween tunes and dancing laser imagery. Brings Halloween to the planetarium with a spooky spectacle of colorful lasers set to a soundtrack of classic monster hits and rock favorites. Featuring songs like “Thriller,” “Monster Mash,” “Enter Sandman,” “Dead Man’s Party,” and “The Devil Went Down to Georgia,” this 49-minute laser show is packed with ghosts, monsters, and plenty of Halloween spirit. It’s a frightfully fun way to kick off your Spooktacular Science experience!
2:00 PM - Laser KPOP Demon Hunters
Laser K-Pop Demon Hunters brings the music of the hit movie to the planetarium in a high-energy laser experience for fans of all ages. Sing along to favorites like “Golden,” “Soda Pop,” “Takedown,” “Your Idol,” and more as dazzling laser effects light up the dome. Demons, K-pop, and lasers? Sounds like a perfect match for Spooktacular Science!
3PM - Laser Halloween Mix Tape
Flandrau's mad scientists have put together a mix tape of Halloween's greatest hits in this new planetarium laser show.
4PM - Laser KPOP Demon Hunters
