Note: Online sales for laser light shows end at 8 p.m. the night of the show. Online sales for Family Night end at 5 p.m. on Thursdays. Tickets may be purchased up to show time in person at Flandrau.

Cancellations

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your visit. Cancellation with less than a 48-hour notice prior to your reservation date or a no-show on the day of your visit will require full payment.

Payment

We prefer cash, major credit card, or checks as payment for your group’s visit to Flandrau: The UA Science Center. Purchase orders are accepted in advance of your arrival at the Science Center. Discount coupons and guest passes are not honored with the group rate.

Parking

School buses and vans may park on Hawthorne Street directly behind the Science Center. Private vehicles should park at the university’s Second Street Garage at the corner of 2^nd Street and Mountain Avenue and Cherry Garage at the corner of Cherry Street and Enke Drive. Click here for more information on Science Center parking. Please plan extra time because of parking issues at the University.

Arrival

Please have one representative with your group check in at our front desk with a complete count of adults and students or youth. Everyone must enter as a group to receive the group rate. Latecomers will pay the regular admission price. Nametags are encouraged.

Chaperones

We require one chaperone per 10 students or youth. Before you arrive, please assign chaperones to their groups of students. These eight chaperones receive free admission. Additional chaperones will pay the group rate. Chaperones must stay with their groups at all times.

Food

You are welcome to eat your snacks or lunches on our partially shaded lawn area just outside the Science Center. During your visit inside, you can store your food on our lunch racks near the Science Store. Water Bottles are permitted in the Science Center.

For the safety of all visitors to the Science Center, backpacks, large satchels, and packages are not permitted inside the Science Center. All items are subject to search. Thank you for your cooperation.
