Group Visits

Group visits to the Flandrau Science Center are available by reservation at a reduced admission rate on weekdays and weekends for groups of 20 or more. It’s your chance to bring your  youth group, camp, or community group for a complete, interactive science experience! 
What you get:
* An age-appropriate, interactive planetarium show, for your pre-kindergarten through high school group, presented by a knowledgeable astronomer.
* Explore hands-on exhibits in the Galaxy Room, representing various sciences.
* Learn about the gems and minerals of Pakistan and Afghanistan and see some of the best and rarest specimens ever displayed in our special exhibit, “Dangerous Beauty: Minerals of the Hindu Kush."
* View the largest scale replica of the Martian surface.
* Take a self-guided tour of one of the largest mineral collections in the country.
Price:
* $5 per person
* 1 chaperone required for every 10 children (Chaperones are free!)
* $5 for each additional adult chaperone
